I do not know whether or not this fits non-STI 6 speeds such as Spec B. Included is OEM boot holder. I went with Perrin reverse lockout lever which is one piece for both. There are some small scratches shown on the pictures. I had this on the car for few months only so other than that the part should be in good condition.
