morrias
I just was installing goodridge lines and I overtorqued the banjo bolt, busting it in two. I got the bolt out, but now I'm wondering, is it OK to use the OEM bolt with the goodridge lines?? Thanks!

I got the bolt out, but now I'm wondering, is it OK to use the OEM bolt with the goodridge lines?? Thanks! Yes, no problem! The oem's are actually better anyway. They just have a smaller diameter bolt head compared to the Goodridge supplied ones. I ran oem's on mine, and on another member's TechnaFit lines, as I like the hardened factory bolts better anyway. And when they say 13ft/lbs they mean it!
morrias
Thanks for the quick reply. I'll head out in the garage and finish this up before I start freezing my a$$ off out there!

morrias
Well, everything is assembled and bled. I bought 4 of the Speed Bleeders at the local performance shop, made bleeding easy! Now it's time to go break these in. The pedal feels very HARD right now compared to stock. Swweeeeet!
LittleBlueGT
Glad it worked out well. I would check in a day or two to ensure no leaks. morrias
Definately will. I just got back from a test run, and I'm a bobcat believer baby!
LittleBlueGT
Sounds great. When the Bobcats wear out there are better pads that can take higher temps dust less and still work in the cold, just that many are not out yet. I have the Bobcats and am very pleased with them. The majority of your stiffer pedal came from the pads (maybe 70%) and the rest came from the lines IME.
