Hey guys I’m new here and I’m new about to purchase an outback! I have a few questions

I am looking at 2x outback’s

1x 1999 outback manual  owned by an elderly person tail gate needs some work on it manual apparently the car with a heavy load is not as strong as it used to be? I don’t know what this means it’s an older female so I assume she doesn’t know what she is talking about but other than that the cars fine no issues 350,000 kms

2nd car is a 03-04 outback manual elderly man no mechanical issues clutch replaced a year or so ago only issue is that there is 2 rust spots on the roof closest to the front window  and that’s it the wheel arch has been removed in the boot but this is no biggy

240,000kms

im wondering will legacy GT lips and side skirts and other parts will fit? Like an exhaust from a 2.5i? And will a 02 Wrx sedan set of coilovers fit?

I just want to stance and enjoy the car I haven’t finished my bugeye yet but waiting on some injectors etc and I’m tuning it and it’s going to be on e85 so I do not want to drive it a lot as I’ve got a Mazda CX-5 for a family car but it’s more for my daily doing errands and keeping my Mazda as strictly being used just for the family having my son and wife in it as it’s more safe with airbags being a new car…

in your opinion what car will have a better aftermarket I’m in australia but as long as companies in America can send me parts I can order from there too!

compatibility  Like would a legacy sedan front lip fit the 03/04 ?
I can get legacy Gtb style skirts for the 03/04 but not sure about exhaust ?

please help I’m struggling to choose
