OBD Port issues

Having a communication error on my 05 LGT. I have successfully downloaded and uploaded maps using EcuFlash, however I cannot get my Bluetooth, USB cable through Learning mode, nor a wired OBD reader to connect to the ECU.

 

 

Bluetooth OBD gets power, connects to my phone, and the Torque program can see the ECU but it fails to find a protocol to read it with, I can see it cycling through different OBD protocols (J####, CAN, etc).

 

 

Wired OBD reader is similar, gets power, sees ECU, cycles through protocls but can't find one

 

 

Openport 1.3 cable can flash maps but I get an error with Learning view when I try to read DTCs. I also cannot log on RomRaider, it gives me a failed to communicate error.

 

 

I haven't checked the fuses yet but the OBD port is clearly getting power.
