Blgitn
Hello, This is my first post on this forum. My LGT failed its emissions test due to a check engine light with code P2016. The problem has gotten progressively worse; it used to take many miles to set the code but now it sets almost immediately upon starting. I have reset it to stock 93 tune, cleaned the connectors, checked the harness and replaced the TGV sensor. I even swapped the sensor to the drivers side to double check, but it's still setting the same (passenger side) code. The car runs great and gets decent mileage. The only other symptom I have noticed is a slight RPM surging when the throttle is held steady, above idle. The Cobb website/chat directed me to a Pro-tuner, but every one I found within 120 miles won't look at a car older than 2012. I'm in Berea Ohio. Can anyone here offer a remedy, or some guidance? Thank you. R / Roger Harmon
Rusty9
could be something wrong with the TGV itself, not the sensor. https://uk.subaruownersclub.com/forums/topic/22964-25xt-p2016-fault-code/ https://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/p2016-90655.html
