Chasing a misfire 2 p0302

I keep getting this code. It comes more often in the summer and made it through most of the winter without coming up. I replaced the coil packs and spark plugs. I just did a leak down test on 2 and 4. It was in the green 10 to 20 percent. I could hear a little leak from the oil fill tube but haven't checked the other areas. I'm not burning oil, and I drive over 85 all the time. I'm not smoking either. It purrs like a kitten till the code comes up the there is a bit of a rough idle. Kind of loped out. On a full scan I'm getting C0110 and B0223 codes as well. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Have you swapped injectors too? If yes, then next step is check your valve clearance on #2. You could have a tight exhaust valve.

Have not changed injector.
