cb1232186
Hey! im pretty new here, but recently ive seen some knocks being recorded on my cobb, and i have some logs ive been going through looking for irregularities. I have a 2005 Legacy GT DOHC 2.5l T with 83k on it. previous owner was my boss and he did some fun suspension mods like sway bars, bushings and links, the only engine related mod he did was a lightweight crank. ive put a grimspeed 3" catted downpipe, Catless STI Uppipe, done the timing belt and all its components, along with water pump and thermostat. it truly runs amazingly, so i got my first cobb! it has stage 2 93 OTS map on it currently, but i plan on getting it tuned here soon. but before that happens i wanted to have some of you look over a couple logs and/or help me understand if what im seeing is normal vs. major concern.datalog9.csvdatalog10.csvdatalog11.csv

cb1232186
I only saw 1 Knock event that appeared legitimate. maybe i have a bad knock sensor? i tried to organize the table the best i could, highlighting the important areas
blackobxt
Learned view. Any consistent knock events will be learned and will show populated in a learned knock table. Also learned fuel trims will show which may also point out an issue. An every once in a while knock event won’t populate a learned knock table which would likely show a non issue
cb1232186
i added 3 screen snips of what appear to be fake knocks, and 1 that appears to be real. let me know what you think because im confused as to why it would do this. gonna change plugs, and make sure there arent any exhaust leaks tomorrow and go for another drive to see if that fixes it
