No boost from the secondary turbo

I'm not getting any boost from the secondary Turbo for my 2001 GTB (BH5 with the ej208). The primary turbo comes in as it supposed to and once it has "finished" its run, boost pressure goes to zero. I have done a vacuum test and found a couple of slightly loose clamps. Those where tightened but did not cause the issue. did a pressure test and found that there was a "leak" from the black box at 10psi. When we pinched off the hoses to find out which one it was we found out that it was the one in position 10, see picture for reference. Not sure if that is normal.

We had some gopros in the engine bay to see if the exhaust flap actuator and the pressure relief valve functioned as interned and there was no issue there that we could see, all worked.
