"run mode changed system check" and other symptoms

When turning on the car but not cranking it the dash is different than it usually is. I currently have three check engine light codes but now the check engine light won't show up. The temperature for the oil is also staying at maximum temperature. Instead of showing the miles, the words "run mode changed system check" comes up. After trying to start it for a while I noticed that the purge valve coming out of the intake was leaking gasoline. I'm about to go check if any injectors are grounded.
