Jackxalling
Hi this is my first time posting on this forum, I own a 2008 Legacy Gt Limited 5EAT and I recently Blew my turbo. That was the worst experience ever. I have been driving again for 2 months but just two days ago I lost boost pressure at around 3000-4000 RPMs. It's still revving higher and I Hear the spool but after that, the car feels very limp and slower acceleration. The turbo still sounds healthy and the oils clean. Please HELP!!
dwmccauley01
Check wastegate actuator and drop the downpipe. Unlikely on a newer turbo, but the wastegate can shift over and get caught on the side of the exhaust housing.
