Free searches ended on January 31st, 2020. They got rid of it and now I need recommendations on where to find free or low cost TSB's for my 2019 Subaru Legacy Limited 3.6R. ammcinnis Posted February 17, 2020 Share Posted February 17, 2020 (edited) The best site for Subaru TSBs is the Subaru Technical Information System (STIS), https://techinfo.subaru.com/stis/#/login. Access is by paid subscription, though: $35 for 72 hours unlimited download access to TSBs, Factory Service Manuals, Subaru Technician Training materials, and a whole lot more. For free access to TSBs, try the NHTSA recall web site: https://www.nhtsa.gov/recalls. You can search by VIN or by vehicle year, make, and model. TSBs will be found under "Manufacturer Communications." Subaru TSBs seem to take about 6 months to show up on this site, and browsing is a lot less convenient than STIS, but it's free.
