hifiandmtb
From down under, a shot of my 2.5i wagon after fitting Whiteline Control springs (dropped the car by 27mm up front, 17mm rear) - evened it up nicely. http://photos.all.id.au/ALBUMS/SJ_Whiteline_Control/IMG_6063.sized.jpg http://photos.all.id.au/ALBUMS/SJ_Whiteline_Control/IMG_6058.sized.jpg The measured drop (setting will occur, I'm sure) is: Front: Was 383mm Now 356mm Dropped 27mm Rear: Was 376mm Now 359mm Dropped 17mm The stance is very nice. Even front to rear. As far as the driving is concerned, the vagueness at speed has pretty much gone. Susceptibility to crosswinds is down. Cornering is flatter. The ride is still bouncy, but that's 'cause of the crap shocks - the actually body movement is reduced, but primary ride is still not as controlled as it should be. Secondary ride is almost unchanged - reduced suspension travel is negated by the firmer springs & it's not any more likely to hit the bump stops than before. I can't wait for the Bilsteins to arrive (backorder from Germany), but these springs are a very, very nice way to bide time.
