Ordievet
On a 2013 legacy where are the oil pressure sensors located at? I need to change them.
DrD123
Assuming this is for the 2.5i, front of the engine on the timing chain cover just under the oil filter (the lower of the two - the other sensor is the oil temperature sensor)
Ordievet
Thanks yeah the temp sensor I don’t need to replace I appreciate the feed back. I’ve been looking online for a drawing or a break down and no luck. I even called the local Subaru dealer and the parts guy was useless.

I was under the assumption that it had a rubber timing belt...
DrD123
So the 2.5i has a timing chain? I was under the assumption that it had a rubber timing belt... up through 2012, the 2.5i had a SOHC EJ25 engine in it, so that comes with a timing belt. In 2013, it got the FB25 engine, which has a chain. Pop your hood and look at the engine! (if you have the oil filter up top, you have the FB25, which has a chain)

YeuEmMaiMai
^ yeah, instead you get to worry about timing cover leaks and chain slap when first starting the car due to hydraulic tensioner failure... I am at 68K and I got a leaker on my 2014
