Since you know what the stock grill(e) looks like, it'll be easy to spot the aftermarket ones. Otherwise, search for "custom+grill" or "custom+grille," you'll get plenty of good hits. As for lights? "Cheap xenon bulbs?" You'll have to be more specific - make and model, please. But overall, like the good brothers above both have said, it's more than likely they're not going to be worth their pennies.
