My recently retired 5 speed GT wagon

Recommended Posts

I loved this car the entire time I daily drove it. It used to look nicer, but it accumulated plenty of NYC street parking blemishes from all of the other people parking with me in front of my apartment in Brooklyn. The biggest blow was when someone smashed my rear hatch window with a Goya ginger beer bottle. I temporarily replaced it with a burgundy Outback hatch, but I never got around to sourcing the correct GT hatch with correct color before the clutch went and I decided to retire it. I still love it and will hate to see it go.

Fun parts installed are:

-JDM MOMO STI V7 steering wheel with red stitching

-JDM MOMO STI shift knob matching the steering wheel

-Unknown sport shift linkage installed (short-ish shift kit? Feels great, whatever it is)

-2002 USDM WRX wagon front and rear seats

-JDM STI front and rear struts

-2002 USDM WRX front brake calipers and rotors

-JDM Legacy front projector headlights

-Dealer optioned with a bolt on Brospeed stainless steel sport muffler.
