06 LGT (5MT) build list Help...

So here is the deal, I searched out for another Subaru after sell my 04 STI, 09 WRX, and many other cars I have had. I am not new to the tuning and parts or Subaru world. I am probably old then most on the boards. So I bout this bone stock 06 LGT from a lady. It is making crazy marble sounds and smoking. I for sure the turbo is gone, but worse it could need a short block.

All parts below will go on the motor after the motor is fixed along with dyno tune I am not out to set some power goal, but want to be able to add more in the future. So after talking to many legacy GT people here is what I have so far.

Motor parts (EJ257 short if needed, refreshed head, ARPs, Following Maxcaps route):

Grimm TMIC kit

Grimm EBCS

TurboSmart BPV recirc (I really want a bro-off valve lol)

AVO induction turbo inlet

Mish throttle hose

Perrin catless UP

Invidia catted DP

DW65 pump

IDC 1000cc injectors/rails/ P&P harness (top feed con kit)

VF52 used (Thinking of just buy BNR18g (they do not need a core) and keeping vf52 for back up, I talked to JMP he needs a core, wish I could just buy one from him)

NGK plugs

Timing belt full kit

IAG TVG Delete used

SPT Intake

Killer B pick tube

Subaru Gasket set

Spec stage 2 clutch and fly

ARP head studs

91 and 93 dyno tune

Do I need anything else (anything you guys can think of)?
