Had some question on my 2016

New to the forum and had some questions on my 2016 limited I bought last week. Owned a 2015 and sold to my daughter missed so much had buy a new one. Question is on 2015 the memory seats on drivers side would work even if car was running, but had be in park. On 2016 memory seats only works before start car. Also my 2015 when push brake in to start it the green light came on the push start, now on the 2016 it doesn't. Are these design changes?

 

Also can someone help me with getting the firmware update for the radio, so I can get the list back on my xmradio again.
