keith_ss
So im looking at this 2005 legacy gt everything looks super clean and it runs good but the only thing that is making me hold back on getting it is the fact that it has a 3in down pipe and and a 3in turbo inlet on it with NO tune, what are your thoughts? Brady
Miles? I wouldn't worry too much more about it unless it had other power mods like a boost controller or something else to suggest it was doing more than the ECU would run on its own.
keith_ss
It has 154000 miles on it but no boost controllers or anything else like that
YeuEmMaiMai
yeah, no, get a newer 3.6R and skip the headaches
dgoodhue
It should have a tune. Hopefully it was tuned and during the sale removed the Cobb AP.
FLlegacy
If the ecu isn't seeing any issues chances are it is tuned, or at least can run as is. I would have a reputable shop look it over, and I wouldn't hesitate to pay for a leakdown and compression test if you are serious about purchasing.
