05 OBXT Manual Trans Swap Issues

Hey,

So posting this thread because I haven't found any concrete information or threads on manual swaps..

 

So long story short picked up an 2005 OBXT limited that was 5mt swapped unsuccessfully.

As I received it: It was 05 5eat dash harness, cluster, ecu, biu, transmission, shifter, master / slave, etc.. It wouldn't even attempt to start or crank due to immobilizer, clutch petal, etc..

 

In an attempt to straighten things out I swapped the entire dash harness with ecu, biu, steering column with ignition, all attached fuse boxes, relays, acc petal, etc, from a Manual trans 05 LGT.

 

Now it cranks over but no spark, and no connection to the OBDII port (maybe another issue all together)..

 

At this point everything has been swapped from the legacy gt and I'm running out of ideas to try so any thoughts or things to check would help?
