Ambient temperature sensor/ A/C clutch not engaging

So i just started playing with my ac system bought the car a month ago but its starting to get hot in Canada!

 

I checked freon it is at the perfect level checked for leaks since i have dye in the freon no leaks.

fuses and relays are working nothing blown

check to see if the ac compressor gets 12 v it does not (and yes ac button is on)

but I also realized that my ambient outside temp does not work in my car its just blank!

 

Does anyone have any ideas?:spin:

Start with checking the ambient temp sensor and wiring to it, I think it's in front of the radiator/condenser package fairly low down.

Checked the wiring now the temperature out works but still no clutch engaging for the a/c

Check all fuses. But also look at the link given, the lack of voltage to the ac clutch is at least ruling out the compressor from being a problem.
