COBB Stage1 93 OTS tune has reliably been on the vehicle for 80,000 miles with zero issues since day one (car has never had one check engine light or mechanical issue). The tune provides smoother, more efficient power curves, increasing the stock flywheel HP and TQ numbers to approximately 300hp/330ft-lbs. Average miles per gallon has consistently been 21-22 with a split mix of city and highway. Longer highway trips push closer to 25mpg’s.

The 5th generation Legacy 2.5GT is a VERY, VERY RARE car that shares the same motor with the WRX and STI. It is one of 199 Graphite Grey Metallic Legacy GT’s made in 2010. Total 5th generation Legacy 2.5GT production numbers were:

Total 2010 = 1411 (199 Graphite Grey Metallic)

Total 2011 = 300

Total 2012 = 227

That means in the 3 years Subaru sold this model in the US, there were UNDER 2000 made!!!! Which is a shame cause the car is an absolute blast to drive and own.

Vehicle Service History: I purchased the vehicle in December 2012 with under 20,000 miles on it. For the life of my ownership the vehicle has gotten a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation every 3-4 thousand miles, all recommended Subaru maintenance has been performed at proper mileage intervals and just recently, a 100,000 mile service which included replacement of the Alternator Belt, Timing Belt, Water Pump, Idler Pully, Spark Plugs/Wires, Coolant Flush, and Oil Change. The clutch and flywheel were replaced in September of 2015 with a “Stage 2 Southbend Daily” (FJK1001-HD-O), a new OEM Subaru Flywheel and Pressure Plate Bolts to compensate for the added power from the COBB tune.
