Bluetooth connectivity

Recommended Posts

I own a 2013 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Premium with the base radio... I just purchased a new phone (Motorola E5) and cannot connect the Bluetooth at all... It even states that it is rejected, I have tried every solution known to man it seems like to get this thing to connect.

Has anyone else had this problem with their Subaru? If you have, have you figured out any solutions short of replacing the head unit? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated

Have you deleted the old phone from your headunit? Sometimes the system will only pair to one phone.

Not to be too discouraging but the problem may be the phone, it was an issue with other motorola phones.

I have deleted everything, it is completely reset to the point where it is asking me for language when I press the button on the steering wheel...

I do think you are correct that it is Motorola that is the issue... For a while I was able to connect through the radio, but after an update it stopped working as well...

I am thinking that this will be an issue to bring up with Motorola...
