Dunrana
the shifter dosn't have a very positive feel. also, it seems absurdly easy to miss second, fourth and reverse. is this normal, a preformance part sombody put in (it's been a first car thrice now), or something i need to repair? RustyRuu
is the sifter just sloppy like it's not tight when in gears and such? this guy has a DIY fix but mostly i'm just trying to show you what part to look at, driver side of transmission, where the shift shaft from tranny links to the shift linkage. RumbleRumble
Probably a bad shifter joint. Common problem. Hard to replace in the rust belt if your not handy.
