laz
I have no unrealistic expectations of the system. I expect it to work as advertised, nothing more. You are holding it wrong - Apple ---

In another thread you complain about an EyeSight behavior you didn't expect that is "as designed" and is fully explained in the EyeSight Owners Manual. Expecting system behavior contrary to the manual is not "as advertised." BobbyR
You are defending the indefensible for some reason. The system is not supposed to jam on the brakes at 70 mph when there is no obstacle in the road ahead. Nowhere in the EyeSight Owners Manual is there any mention of such behaviour because, of course, that's not part of the design. The warnings and caveats pertain to situations where the system fails to brake when it should. There is no mention of it braking when it shouldn't. I think it's good for people to be aware of this. You can do what you want with the information. The system is designed to help avoid accidents, not cause them.
