Andy_Mac
So during the last out of town trip the car seems to have developed a bit issue with occasional smoking. Have looked around the net without much luck yet as nothing else quite fits the way mine is behaving. Has only done it twice, with both times being while at 90ish kph while giving mild/medium amounts of throttle through twisting roads. Once it starts any amount of acceleration leads to reasonably small amounts of smoke but if given a few mins of driving smoothly it goes away and doesn't come back. Aiming to get the downpipe off this weekend to see if the turbo has any more play than usual since white smoke apparently leans towards that. Never has any issue burning through oil or coolant so unless it’s the turbo I'm a little stumped. 2000 Legacy B4 RSK - SOLD 2006 Legacy BP5 GT Spec B wagon - Garage Thread 2011 VW T5 van 2.0L of turbo diesel awesomeness
