Check out the Mazda 5 if you need 6 passenger capabilty

I am very impressed by the versatility and space-efficiency of the Mazda 5, quite different reasons than why I like my LGT.

 

Check it out if you need 6 passenger capabilty.

 

My wife got this because she has to ferry kids and their friends around and she did not want a mini-van.

 

We looked at other vehicles with more than 5 passenger capabilty (Tribeca, FreeStyle, Pacifica, Highlander) but most of these didn't do quite a good job of getting 6 people around. The Mazda 5 was much easier to get into the 3rd row because of the sliding doors and it feels less cramped when you are in the 3rd row.

 

The 5 gives up some on luxury and cargo capability but it is considerably less expensive. It drives like a small car and not a truck. For you MT fans, it is also the only 6 passenger vehicle you can get with a MT.
