Stuck in limp mode

I've looked all over for tips and tricks. Here is what I have found..

 

I've found two different "secret hand shake".. but neither of them seem to work on my car. It's like I have no communication with the trans.

 

1)

A question I have about it is one of the handshakes says the power light should come on. Mine does nothing. The other says the at temp light should flash mine is either on with key on engine off or off when running.

 

2)

Another question will the torque binding cause limp mode? I have binding happening in parking lots.

 

Any help would be very appreciated!!
