RustyRuu
I have a tiny pin hole in my inlet hose i was wondering if someone knew the size of the hole on the hose so i could just get something in there so it doesn't spray everywhere. are holes the same on both sides. waiting for my new OEM ones to come in. she is a working girl and needs to stay on the street making me money and not blowing up. RustyRuu
after further reflection, maybe looping one of the hoses to delete the heater core might be alright for a couple days... just have to accomplish it without kinking a used hose... or will capping off both be alright or does a loop have to happen... sorry just thinking out loud... 08SpecB_DE
You can bypass the heater core by looping the hoses but you can not cap them off. You can find heater hose fittings at your local parts store so you can cut the leak out and connect both hoses. Make sure you cap the heater core so nothing finds its way in there.
