Does anyone have a clue on where to route the cables on an '05 Wagon? All I can come up with is removing a license plate light...and then having a large hole left. Or drilling a hole...which I really don't want to do. I've drilled holes in firewalls before, but the rear hatch is a bit scarier. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
utc_pyro Posted May 9, 2018 Share Posted May 9, 2018 Remove the rear garnish and drill through the bottom of the plastic plastic. It's bolted in on the inside of the hatch, you get to the nuts after removing the interior trim. Run the wire through the left (driver side) boot at the top, and then down the D pillar.
