Wiring for Amp/Sub...What wires do what?

All in all, when using a Line Output Converter (Pac LP7-2) which wire is used for the 12V, Ground and Remote turn on? Nothing turns on. Extra info below. THANKS!

 

Set Up:

LOC 12V to Blue/Red

LOC Ground to Black/Blue

LOC Remote Turn on to Amp Remote Turn on Wire

LOC is under the stock stereo

 

 

Using:

-Stock #86201AL64A Stereo

-JL 10W7 SUB

-JBL GTR-1001 AMP

Radio 12V blue/red + radio, white 10 pin plug, pin 4

Radio Ground BLACK/ blue - radio, white 10 pin plug, pin 7

Radio Ignition gray/green + radio, white 10 pin plug, pin 3

Radio Illumination blue/red (parking lights); BLACK/ white (dimmer) +,- radio, white 10 pin plug, pin 10; white 6 pin plug, pin 5

Factory Amp Turn-on N/A

Power Antenna yellow/black + radio, white 10 pin plug, pin 8
