stewdogg
Sucks when you are not feeling it. I replaced the fuel lines under the intake on my wives XT recently and wasn't feeling the whole job at the time. Because of that I was getting sidetracked easily and it took longer than it should have. Good luck on pushing through it!
GTEASER
Took about 3 hours working very relaxed to get to this point. I have a buddy coming over first thing in the morning to have a look before I start taking timing components off and have him double check as I put it back together. Feeling a little more comfortable with this but it's still a bunch of freaking spaghetti. stewdogg
Nice work. How are you going to hold the left/driver's side camshafts in place?

GTEASER
Well, confirmed that the water pump was a substandard cheapie. All the idler pulleys, tensioner and belt look good and spin freely without any bearing play. So she's getting reassembled. GTEASER
All done, the Fozz is running again with no leaks. About 8 hours of work all and all. Dealing with the timing belt and tensioner was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I just marked the belt and each sprocket with a silver Sharpie and getting it all lined back up was no problem at all.
