Abel Posted April 4, 2018 Share Posted April 4, 2018 Hi. My legacy 2003gt. Makes a gurgling noise exactly in the top of the fuel pump assembly. And the noise can hear strong anytime. I change the fuel pump (Delphi). And the fuel pump assembly. And the noise dont disappear. Any suggestion?. Im thinking in the fuel pressure regulator. But not sure. Thanks for help. Setnev Posted April 6, 2018 Share Posted April 6, 2018 Fuel pressure regulator is on the fuel rail itself, not near the pump. Likely the noise you're hearing is what I described as the same thing that was happening with my car. In my case, my rear differential bushings are starting to go out and it makes a rattling noise that sounds like gurgling in the fuel pump area (which is also right where the rear diff is).
