Turboru Posted March 2, 2018 Share Posted March 2, 2018 Hi All, I found a similar post to this on other forums but not ours. My heated seat element tore and no longer works on the passenger side. I would like to wire in an aftermarket element to the OEM wiring harness to save monies. I don't know too much about electrical systems in cars, but I would assume the voltage and resistance for a single pad replacement would be similar enough to work. The main concern I have right now, is how should I splice the two wire aftermarket pad into the 4 wire OEM harness? See attached Vacation pics.
