milliesdad Posted December 10, 2017 Share Posted December 10, 2017 Had my wife's Christmas present installed Friday. Remote start in her 2014 Legacy, key start (non push button start). Subaru part no H077SAJ 401 and 1 code immobliser. Only had 1 key with me when the dealer installed it, so he said he programmed 1 key. Both remote fobs start the car remotely. One key works as it should- the unprogrammed one. Remote start works great. Open door and it shuts off (As does the one in my '17 Outback). Get in car, (engine dies as expected), put key in ignition and turn to start and nothing. Dash lights and radio and blower all work, but the engine will not turn over.
