ethanrbutler Posted September 1, 2017 Share Posted September 1, 2017 So I have only driven my car around 500 miles since I bought it but I've only noticed this "lollipop" or tongue click sound from the front right side of my car in 1st - 3rd gear. It's usually when I let off of the gas and get a little wind up from the engine but if I give it more than a reasonable amount of gas it will "Pop" again. This was my mechanic's personal vehicle when I bought it; he was aware of the sound but wasn't too concerned with it. I don't like negative sounds or ignoring potential issues.
