dutchmafioso Posted October 25, 2005 Posted October 25, 2005 For some reason, my '98 Legacy GT accelerates relatively unpredictably just before warming up. The throttle almost jackrabbits sometimes, and if a quick dose of gas is needed to avoid an accident, I may have to punch the clutch to push the gasoline into the engine. The car accelerates smoothly once the engine has warmed. I told my dealership about this issue (thinking it was a fuel injection problem), but they didn't find/fix anything. Do your Legacies behave similarly when cold? If so, why? If not, what do y'all think could be wrong here? Thanks!
