Abs relay location

Hey,

First things first..."I tried the search feature and its not working on my cheap tablet."

I have the ABS light illuminated on the dash. I found the red blinking light under the passenger seat, it flashes 10 times, it indicates a 'faulty valve relay or broken or shorted harness cirut'

Question, where is the relay located?
