hal9e3 Posted April 13, 2017 Share Posted April 13, 2017 I have had the JDM console with a single din aftermarket H/U in my car for about 5 years now. A little while back it started blowing only hot air thru the driver's side vents regardless of the temp setting. The passenger's side vents work fine - cold air when turned down, warm air when up. I've heard that other people have had this issue. If so what's the fix? I'd like a little more ammo before I tear my interior apart. Turning A/C on has little or no effect on driver's side air temp. The amount of hot air that gets mixed into the cabin air system depends on the position of a door or flap in the duct on each side. Most likely, the driver's side flap is staying open all the time.
