toy4rick Posted April 12, 2017 Share Posted April 12, 2017 Sorry wrong thread Hey all 2017 Legacy and my VA takes 2-3 mins to activate even though the maps, radio... all come on within 10 secs or so. The dealer says this is normal due to XM mapping each song tag, titles, the CD player, Bluetooth searching for all contacts on your phone... Is this your experience? zsubie15 Posted June 16, 2017 Share Posted June 16, 2017 As far as I know, you can't really disable it. And as for the delay, I can't say I have that issue in my '15 model with nav. It takes longer to initialize because it's sorting my phone contacts; I discovered this when testing it with and without my phone connected.
