Trevorm34
I have a 2000 Legacy GT. There is a squeaking/chirping noise that will only happen with the car in motion. It will never happen in park or idle. I hear it mostly when I have the A/C on, and lesser when I have it off and am accelerating or hitting bumpy parts of road. Sometimes it wont even occur until sometime later randomly. I am guessing it has something to do with the A/C compressor or belts. I've tried getting a recording of it but you can't really hear the noise and I've yet to find anything online.
RumbleRumble
Could be the idler bearing or the belt. Either way super easy to take off and inspect and replace.

MilesA
Based on the sound, I would check the A/C tensioner idler pulley. The bearings do give out eventually. Should not be too expensive to replace.
