Dalee1104 Posted March 5, 2017 Share Posted March 5, 2017 Okay so rebuilt the engine, well more along the lines of refreshed. During the process we used the intake manifold off of my 98 parts car, although same exact car. So it's a 98 top end with everything else being 97. I have an issue with my purge system. The cel is throwing a p0441 code. We have all new vacuum lining and it's all hooked up well but it's just throwing this code which is purge solenoid. Not sure what to do firat any ideas? twisty Posted March 8, 2017 Share Posted March 8, 2017 check the purge line and solenoid? should be able to trigger it with 12v from the battery to see if it is operational. also should be able to blow through it when it is engaged. or disengaged, cant remember.
