Legucygt
I don't think my AWD is working properly my legacy GT slides more than I believe it should, I do drive reasonable in the snow/icy conditions even going like 10mph on good tires it doesn't want to stop regardless of stopping way before I should, what could be causing this? No FWD fuse inserted, don't know where AWD fuse is located? Any help on what could be the issue would be greatly appreciated
ehsnils
The FWD fuse is sometimes called AWD fuse, so it's the same. The transmission shall not impact the braking distance, only the brake system and the tires. What kind of tires do you use? Considering the other questions you have also regarding the AWD functiionality I'd suggest that you try to contact someone local to where you live that have experience in Subies to track down your problems or explain how it works. SuperSub
The FWD/AWD fuse is in the Fuse box (you need to add fuse to turn it FWD, and it brings up a light on the dash). Have you tried checking for any codes?
