Its like it was loose then got bolted and smashed in there. I could probably yank it right out, but I don't know if I should. Its on the passenger side

I have a coolant leak I am trying to diagnose.

It's a grease filled rubber mount.

Well that explains why the back of the plastic skid tray weights an extra 5-lbs with all the sludge built up on it.

downsides to not replacing it right away? I know the car vibrates a bit more than I expected at a stop in D. {not to the point where I am wondering if it will blow up or anything like that}.

Never replaced a motor mount either.. This should be an adventure!

That was the factory motor mount.

I fixed that for you.

I would replace it soon, but your car probably won't blow up if it's left.

At the very least, pick up a set of solid rubber ones from any other subaru EJ engine. You will need the mounts AND the brackets for them.

The group N mounts are harder rubber, and come with the proper brackets for ~$110 a pair.
