What gaskets and thermal wrap should i use on my Outback Xt 2004 model year?

Hello, subi brotherhood!

Have quiet stock Outback XT 2005 model year (made in 2004) with Tomei equal length headers, that was wraped with Tomei's thermal wrap.

But - time is going, wrap is dead.

So, during research i saw that gaskets are coming to theirs death too

So, because all of this, i have some questions:

 

1) what Head to Exhaust Manifold Gasket should i use - 2 are required as you know.

Should i use OEM partnumber # 14038AA000 or there is better aftermarket variant - may be Grimmspeed?

2) what thermal wrap should i use? I dont want touse Tomei's wrap again, don't want Dei's Titanium Wrap, because there alot of negative info about it...
