MotoFanatic
Hi Everyone, Okay, not sure if I have a problem. I just received my Cusco swaybars. I installed the rear without any serious issues. The front on the other hand is a different matter. I've removed the plate and started to remove the swaybar. I have all the bolts/nuts except for the passenger side where the stock swaybar attaches to the stock endlink. Problem I see is, I've loosened the nut but the bolt keeps turning with the nut. I don't see anything I can camp onto to stop the bolt from turning. I noticed in the rear endlink there was something I could clamp onto but the front looks different and the driver's side came off without a hitch. Does anybody have any advice??? As usual, any help would be appreciated! Thanks! -Moto

froggert
i had the same problem. ended up using a pair of pliers to hold the bolt while using a ratchet on the nut. was about 2 minutes away from cutting the bolt off.
MotoFanatic
Thanks for the advice guys! I figured it out after looking at it closer. It turns out that the tip of the bolt takes a hex key. What a pain that was to figure out. Thanks again for the help! -Moto
firedawgs
Don't feel bad. I did the same thing when I installed my endlinks. It makes it alot easier with that star key though. LOL Updated my vBGarage:
