MalcolmMakaveli Posted July 7, 2016 Share Posted July 7, 2016 I have a 2009 legacy 2.5i that, every once in a while, generally if i get in and turn the key "too quickly" will not start. I can't get it to do this whenever I take it to the dealer (of course), and when it happens, there is a relay click. The ignition relays, starter and battery have been replaced, and the only thing I can really think of is that it has something to do with the security system on the car (some type of anti theft immobilization?). I'm not sure, but i can't figure it out how to fix it stock and I'm not too far off trying to figure out how to remove the entirety of the security/immobilization system and go aftermarket. I haven't found anyone else with the exact same issues on the inter webs and was hoping one of you find geniuses might have an idea. Oh, and it isn't throwing codes other than if I leave the relay clicking for ~ 20 seconds (at which point it stops) and displays ER HC. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
