95_Legacy_LSi Posted July 7, 2016 Share Posted July 7, 2016 Hello, I'm new to the forum and a new owner of a 95 Legacy LSi. I'm looking for some guidance on what could be the issue with this engine. Basically when in park and the throttle is pressed the engine bogs down. I can feather the throttle to get it to rev up. When in gear, I can't get it to rev up. New plugs and wires. New MAF. Coil pack was replaced (old one put back on after no change). Air filter replaced. Fuel filter replaced. Throttle body cleaned and gasket replaced. Any suggestions? OLsubedrvr Posted August 1, 2016 Share Posted August 1, 2016 Did you replace PCV valve? Check all your hoses for vacuum leaks too. Some guys also Seafoam the PCV orifice. I remember reading about a transmission sensor that affected throttle response too while I was searching for an idle related issue. Hope this helps.
