Stevh0 Posted June 28, 2016 Share Posted June 28, 2016 I have a 2008 Outback 3.0 and my grill has been attacked by a stone or 2 over the last couple of years. While it still looks fine, I'm wondering which grills are interchangeable between models. To be me it seems that there was a very small facelift between 03-05 and 06 - 08, but these mostly look like headlights. http://www.autodata1.com/media/subaru/pics/subaru-outback-iii-blbp-%5B9842%5D.jpg Are the grills still compatible? Shogun506 Posted June 29, 2016 Share Posted June 29, 2016 Couldn't answer your question but I have a perfect condition (as in I don't think it's even been used) grill like the 2nd one in your pic if you're interested in buying one. That said it looks like in South Africa you have a different spec of Outback, just a visual comparison doesn't look like they're compatible but I wouldn't go based off of my response.
