squeegee
Hi all, I'm in the 04 Legacy L 35th Anniversary wagon, and I have the 16 inch snowflake wheels. Tire Rack says that the Legacy L "SE" Wagon (which I think is code for the anniversary ed.) can't downsize for winter tires. The regular Legacy L Wagon can, though. Are they right, and I can't downsize without going through all the downsized brake kits that others have to, or can I buy 15 inch wheel and bolt them on? TIA
Sara32013
Most likely the brakes are bigger than the standard L models. Check to see what size your spare tire is. Maybe by chance it's a 15 and you can verify that it fits. My L model has 15" rims but I think it has 16" spare, it's at least worth a shot.
