Warped BaysonR PU front lip; easy fix?

I purchased a polyurethane BaysonR lip off of eBay last year. It was very snug in the box, so it came out a bit warped. I plasti-dipped it and thought it had straightened out while I was painting it. I mounted it, and then realized it was still slightly warped. It didn't bother me too much...

...Now it does. The more money I put into my car, the more it stands out.

(you can see it slightly dives downwards on the driver's side of the car)

What is the best method of straightening this out? I'd love to be able to mold it back into proper shape while it's still on the car, but if I need to remove it, then so be it. Do I leave it in the sun on a flat surface for a day? Do I c-clamp it to a 2x4? Heatgun while still mounted (will this possibly hurt the paint?)? I've tried propping it up to the correct shape overnight, but that doesn't help.

Any tips would be great. Thanks!

Use a heatgun or a hair dryer to heat it up and then press it down. The key is to keep the heat source moving. Staying in place will make your clear coat boil.
